We offer full framing services on just about anything you can display, from a small pressed flower discovered while walking along the river, to a large painting from your travels. We have an extensive array of samples for you to choose from and most importantly, we have experts to guide you through the process!
Getting It Done (The Framing Process)
COME IN and work with one of us to select framing. Décor, location, colour scheme can all influence your choices. Don’t worry we know all the right questions to ask. Bring in paint samples or digital images of the room if you like, but you don’t have to.
The artwork itself takes priority; the décor fine tunes the selection.
LEAVE the project with us. Your materials will come from premium suppliers, and our production team will cut and assemble the framing package to the highest standards.
COME BACK and take your framed artwork home. Ask us about the best method to hang or, arrange for one of our professional installers to hang it for you.
WHAT IF? Your framing is important to us. We stand behind everything we do. If you are not happy…tell us so we can fix it.

We have an expert for you to talk to. Our full time staff members have an average of 21 years of experience. As one of us recently put it “This is not a job, it’s my profession. I’m here because I love framing.” That sums it up for us.
Backroom Stuff
What happens in the backroom? No mystery here. This is where materials are stored and cut. From the Pistorious double miter saw with 100 tooth carbide blades, to the Fletcher computerized mat cutter, this is where the initial production happens.

Framed! has been in operation since 1976. Staffed by artists, crafts people and certified picture framers, our goal is to put good design and technical advice into a framing package you will own for a long, long time.
Creative problem-solving and display is our cornerstone. The process of understanding your needs and selecting materials to enhance the artwork – whether a contemporary painting, photograph, or hand made textile- creates anticipation as customer and framer envision the final outcome.
We observe the practice of “preservation framing” by using archival techniques and materials. If your artwork needs restoration or repair, we have a network of specialists from the Conservation industry whose skills we match to your needs.
With over 34 years of experience, we work to maintain excellence in custom framing and design and develop good relationships that keep you coming back. We evolve with ever-changing materials and stay informed of interior trends to stay at the leading edge of our industry.

Every job is different. We won’t guess a price. Think of having a custom suit made. You pick fabric, get measured, add fancy bits…and the tailor makes it specifically to fit you. Custom framing is the same. Come in, look at your options, and get a price that reflects a real cost for what you actually like once you figure it out. We are happy to price a variety of materials on any type of framing project face to face without any commitment. You won’t be rushed by us. Art and framing is a long term investment, so make sure you do it right!
